Or you’re getting started in the book publishing world and need someone to proofread your query letter or manuscript, design your book layout, need an author photoshoot done so you’ll have some nice headshots.

Creative Design

Logo Design – $100
From idea sketches to final files. This price includes the initial design process and 2 edits. Any edits necessary after those 2, are subject to $40 an hour timed editing.

Your final files will include the logo in full color, 1-color black & white, vectored files, and PNG files for web use.

If edits are needed after final files have already been delivered, each edit will be given a $50 charge.

Layout Design – Price varies per project
This can be a poster, website PDF freebie, mailers, letterheads, invites, announcements, branding guide, resumes,

If you need a full Branding Package, we can discuss a group deal.
A Branding Package would include a branding guide, letterheads, business cards, posters, and any other items the business needs.

Book Cover Design – $150
This price includes up to 6 hours of design and edit work. Any edits that exceed the 6-hour mark will be subject to an additional $40 an hour.

Book Interior Layout Design – $40 an hour
Whether you’re publishing a short story or full-blown novel, I’d love to help you achieve the look and feel you desire for your story.

We’ll discuss book size, fonts, chapter headings, and anything else you’d like to include.
Please note: this process comes after you’ve had your story copyedited and proofread. I will not be proofreading or editing during this process, only working on the design of your text. I may point out something if it’s glaringly obvious but, if you need proofreading done, please refer to my Proofreading package.

Storyteller Support

1 Hour of Listening – FREE
Let’s say you’re not ready to tell your family or friends that you have a story idea. Maybe you’re afraid it’s “stupid” or that it’s already been written. How would you feel if you could talk with someone who’s unbiased, loves crazy story ideas, and loves listening to people share those ideas??

I’m offering 1 hour of listening to your story idea for free!

Yep! You read that right!

I’m not an official Writer Coach just yet, but if you just need someone to bounce around the story idea and possibly get some feedback, reach out and we’ll get an hour scheduled!

Please note: I’m not offering free therapy and I’m not an official Writer Coach yet, so my feedback is optional. It’s up to you whether you want to take it or not. Also, there are some story themes I will not discuss which include: LGBT, Erotic, Horror, and Graphic Violence.

Proofreading – $40 an hour
This process takes place after you’ve edited your manuscript and before you move on to designing your Book Interior Layout. A quick proofreading run-through can occur after the layout process but that’s up to you and/or the publisher.

Proofreading is one of the final stages of publishing as I will be looking for any missed typos, grammar issues, and inconsistencies.

I also offer proofreading for your short stories, resumes, blogs, and emails.
Note that these smaller projects are priced per project instead of by the hour. Contact me for more information.

Photography Packages

Author Photoshoot – $150

Writers need good photos for headshots, your website, and book signings!

Each photoshoot will include up to 4 hours of taking photos as well as traveling to various requested locations. You are able to have up to 2 outfit changes for differing looks in your photos.

If you request a city outside of the Zanesville, Ohio area, travel expenses will be added to the final price.

I am willing to drive within an hour’s radius of Zanesville for the initial shoot, but locations for the shoot must be within 15 minutes of each other.
